The festive
table of the residents of Shchigrovsky district has always been decorated with
an old dish with an interesting name "Drachena". Each hostess made
this dish in different ways: someone baked it in small cast-iron pots, and
someone cooked it as a multi-layered pie. Her recipe has been passed down from
generation to generation, and thus this recipe has come down to our days.
"Drachena".
What we will
need:
Potatoes — 1 kg
• Eggs — 10
pieces
• Milk — 100 g
• Butter — 100 g
• Sour cream — 100 g
Preparation:
• Boil potatoes,
add butter, milk, prepare mashed potatoes.
• Drive in raw
eggs and knead thoroughly.
• We put it in a
clay mold, greased with a layer of 4-5 centimeters, level the surface,
lubricate with sour cream and put it in the oven or a Russian oven, bake for 40
minutes.
Served with sour cream.
